SCUBA CANCUN: SCUBA CANCUN is a medium size, family run dive operation based in Cancun, it is owned and founded by Captain Luis Hurtado who recently celebrated his 60th anniversary commercial, military and sport scuba diving. He is the first scuba instructor to teach Scuba Diving in Cancun. SCUBA CANCUN DIVE CENTER celebrated in 2010, 30 years of providing safe and fun diving experiences to visitors that keep coming back for the excellence of the service and attention that we strive to provide in Cancun, Cozumel and the Riviera Maya coast and Caverns.
